At Royal Bishnu, we value customer satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality services. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below before making a purchase.
1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (such as digital products, courses, and consulting sessions), all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
However, refunds may be granted in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment or accidental multiple charges
- Technical issues that prevent access to a purchased service, and cannot be resolved
To request a refund (where applicable), email us at info@royalbishnu.com with your full name, order details, and reason for the request.
Note: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
2. Cancellation Policy Details
Booking confirmed under Best Available Rates are non-refundable and Non -cancellable.
Cancellation received within 72 hours will be charged 100% amount of the tariff for entire stay for booking confirmed under rack rates.
Any booking confirmed without advance payment will be released after 24 hours of enquiry date with or without intimation to the booker/guest.
Last Minute, same day enquiry will be confirmed only upon receiving 100% advance payment same will be non-refundable, amendable or non-cancellable.
3. Modifications & Exceptions
Royal Bishnu reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
