Welcome to Royal Bishnu. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and content (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we may publish from time to time.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or servers
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for suspicious or harmful activity.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Bishnu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You may also stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.

11. Reservation Policy

  • Our check-in time is 14:00 Hrs onwards and check-out time is 11:00 Hrs.
  • Early check-in and late check-out can be extended subject to room availability and would be at an additional charge.
  • Cancellations received within 48 hours of date of arrival at our city & business hotels and 72 hours at our resorts & hotels in leisure destinations, or a no-show, will be charged a one-night room charge.
  • During any exhibition events & other peak dates and all festive seasons, the advance deposits made for confirmed bookings would be non-refundable in case of any cancellations or no-shows.

12. Terms & Conditions

  • As per government notifications, every individual has to produce a valid government-approved photo id & address proof of identification at the time of check-in. For Indian nationals - Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter Id Card (Pan Card is not an acceptable id proof). For Foreign nationals - Passport & Visa.

  • Taxes as levied by the government are applicable on the above rates. Currently a 12% GST is applicable extra on rates up to INR 7499 and an 18% GST will be levied where the rates are above INR 7500. All taxes are subject to change and will be levied as applicable at the time of the stay.

  • If your company GST number is required on the stay bills, kindly update us with the details in advance or during your stay. Once your final bill is printed at the time of check-out, we will be unable to make any further changes thereafter.

  • In the absence of an advance payment and the arrival details, reservations will be held on a provisional basis up to 1600 hours on the day of arrival. The rooms could be released thereafter and offered again subject to availability only. This facility is not applicable on any exhibition, city convention or hotel sold out dates.

  • Any changes/amendments to the reservations are subject to availability only. In case of any early check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge the tariff for the full stay as originally booked.

  • Outside food/liquor is not allowed.

  • Usage of swimming Pool is in package but as per the hotel timing standards only. Swimming Costumes will be on chargeable basis.

14. GRC Terms & Conditions

  1. Check in time is 14:00 hrs & Check out time is 11:00 hrs.

  2. I agree to release the room(s) by 11:00 hrs on the date of departure. Should I fail to check out I authorize the
    management to levy room charges for additional day.

  3. I agree that I am responsible to the entire payment to my stay in the event it is not paid by the company or person indicated.

  4. I will ensure compliances of the house rules annexed in the Guest Service Directory placed in the room.

  5. I ensure that hotel has clearly instructed to us that outside food & liquor will not be allowed at any place of hotel premises.

  6. I ensure that no visitor will enter my room without proper registration at the reception and no one will visit after 20:00 hrs.

  7. I have carefully read & understood the Terms & Conditions and agree the same shall be binding upon me.

  8. I agree that incase of early departure I will inform Reception 48 hrs in advance to avoid any retention (room rent) being charged.

  9. I agree that I will not hold the hotel responsible for the safety & security of any valuable left in my room or public area. Instead I will use the electronic safe deposit locker in my room.
